Notes on Usage

  • To use WorldDyne services, free member registration is required.
  • Please note the amount of WorldDyne points deducted is subject to change without notice according to the foreign currency exchange rate (Philippine peso or US dollar).
  • In the event that international loading partially fails, WorldDyne points will be consumed only for the units that are successfully processed. Points will be initially deducted for all units you attempted to load, but the portion that could not be successfully processed will be later refunded.
  • Points are not refundable when you make an error or send out an incorrect message, nor once International Loading has been completed. Please check the recipient's mobile phone number before you send out an email to request international loading services.
  • When the recharging (loading) process has been completed in the Philippines, you will be sent a notification of completion in about 5 minutes. If you don't receive a message of completion after 30 minutes or more, please contact the WorldDyne Support Desk.
  • Please note that the user in the Philippines will not be informed of the number of the Japanese phone from which their phone was charged.
  • Please understand that the service is subject to temporary suspension without notice due to things like the system maintenance of Japanese or overseas carriers.
  • If you change your e-mail address after registration, you will no longer be able to use WorldDyne services since your address will not be authenticated against the one with which you registered.
  • The 5 free trial International SMS presented to newly registered members cannot be used toward this service.
