Changing Email Address

If you change the email address of the mobile phone with which you registered, please follow the instructions below to update the e-mail address.

Wait for message confirming acceptance of your temporary registration.

You will receive an automatic reply confirming your temporary registration. Follow the instructions in the message and proceed to confirm your identity.

Call the registration center to confirm your identity

Within 24 hours 186-0120-987-544(free) from the phone from which you temporarily registered. Follow the instructions and select the number of your language.

Change of email address complete

Procedures are finalized when you hear the announcement that the change of email address is complete. You may now hang up the phone.

Notes on Changing Your Email Address

  • If you change your e-mail address, you will not be able to use WorldDyne services because your email address will not match with the one you registered, and will not be authenticated.
  • You will not be able to receive International SMS delivered from abroad until you complete WorldDyne's change of email address procedures.
  • Please complete the procedures for changing your e-mail address with your carrier first and then update the e-mail address registered with WorldDyne.
  • If your mobile phone is set to reject certain messages, enable receipt of messages with the @stxt.jp domain.
