• Have you changed your email address?
  -> When you have changed your email address and not renewed your registration details at WorldDyne, you will not be able to use our service. You will also not be able to cancel your membership.

Notes on Cancellation

• Once procedures for cancellation are complete, all of your remaining WorldDyne points will become invalid.Please understand that reregistering the same mobile phone or signing up again will in no situation whatsoever restore your points.
• KDDI Super World Card numbers you purchase through the International Calling Cardservice can be used until the expiration date, even after you cancel your membership. However, you will not be able to reconfirm your card number by e-mail even if you purchased the card within the past 30 days. It is recommended that you check the card number before you begin the cancellation.
• Please understand that if you sign up again after cancelling your membership, you will not be eligible to receive the free trial International SMS for new members.
