How to call to Japan from abroad is concerned, you can check the details at KDDI's web site or by e-mail in the following manner.
Compose a new e-mail message on your mobile phone
Enter address & message , Send message

- Enter the country, region, or country code you wish to look up (in Japanese or English).

* If you send the country code “1,” you will be sent information about the United States.
To obtain information about countries or regions that share the same country code as the United States (Canada, Jamaica or Guam), please enter the name of that country or region.
Wait for notification
You will be sent a notification on your mobile phone.
How to make calls from the Philippines to Japan
*These numbers cannot be used from mobile phones in the Philipines. Please use land lines or public phones.
